1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above ₹10,000. A flat rate may apply for lower-value orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on your location and product availability.
  • For made-to-order or customized furniture, delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks. We’ll inform you of the estimated time frame during checkout.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to most cities and towns across India. If your delivery location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you after your order is placed.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery and logistics partners to ensure your furniture reaches you safely. All our products are delivered using secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email/SMS with the tracking number and link. You can use this to track the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Our delivery team will contact you before arriving.
  • Please ensure there is clear access to the delivery location and availability to receive the product.
  • For large or heavy furniture items, delivery is made to the ground floor or to the address entrance unless otherwise agreed.

7. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistics disruptions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
